Augmented Reality in Future Classrooms
Augmented Reality (AR) is a powerful tool that can transform education system and solve the world’s biggest issues if you used in the right way. Technology has already been adopted into the education systems and the future option in these technologies in life and classrooms has already been foreseen. The only way to make it effective and easy adoption is to accept the possibility that it can change the system in place positively. AR can be necessary in terms of learning productivity and human connection to the real world. Many essential information can be neglected in this current state of education system, whereby information is pushed to the students and not really making it to real connection of learning, mostly students learn through practical and visual content, and thereby multimedia principles and theories positively impacting the education system.
AR can be used in different aspects of learning through research, labs and even in classrooms where students are given the chance to virtually interact the content and have first-hand experience. This will help in memory retentions and troubleshoot misunderstanding issues at the right time. Some of the material taught in school can be challenging to grasp in traditional classroom setting and need to further present activities that can enhance comprehension and challenge the brain to view in different perspective.
The video below discusses good examples of how AR can transform the education system if used properly.

You have a good poster design. I agree with your point of using ar for multimedia teaching. Indeed, ar can better allow students to accept the knowledge they have learned and make the knowledge more vivid. And in the future, ar also has an extensive prospect for multimedia teaching.
After watching the video you posted, I feel that AR education is really beyond my imagination. I always thought that AR or VR is mainly used to improve the game experience. The teaching mode of entertaining and learning is exciting. I can’t wait, I want to experience using AR to receive new knowledge.
Thanks for sharing

Hi Rahma,
I have learned a lot after reading your article. The traditional education is to push information, while AR technology improves students’ interest in learning, makes students take the initiative to receive information, and significantly improves learning efficiency. It is because of these great advantages of AR technology that we believe that in the future, AR will penetrate into every corner of education and bring a far-reaching revolution to the education industry.
Best,
Yan
